Competition - Great results for Toa BJJ

We've had a great start to the year with both coaches competing and bringing home gold medals for Toa Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the Adelaide Hills.

James Chirgwin - Toa BJJ Judo coach, took home the under 73kg gold medal and the Autumn Championships. Sadly none of the team could make it to support him so no podium photo for this one.

Alex Lanyon - Toa BJJ wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu coach, brough home a gold from the super absolute division and Australian Grappling Industries and re-qualified for the AGC Invitational.
