Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that uses mechanical advantage and leverage to even the playing field with, and even overwhelm, larger and stronger opponents. 

Our instructors strive to arm our students with knowledge of technique and strategy that help in both self defense situations and competitive settings. 

Our programs aim to increase health and fitness while teaching students to use their body in a safe and effective manner.
